IS IT WORTH IT?

DO I REALLY NEED THAT?

Worth
Worth is a very subjective thing and not everyone agrees. With that in mind, there are many things you can do that have proven invaluable to other businesses, many just like yours. It's the worthwhile choices that were made by some companies that have given them terrific success where others have gone stale.
Worth of a Website

With the boom of the internet in the last couple decades, everyone and their grandmother has a website. For some businesses, the internet seems more like a giant competitor but it's more like an indispensible tool. With a website a business can go from serving a few thousand people a day locally to literally millions worldwide. From a sales perspective, if 1 percent of a thousand people buy a product from you locally, that's only 10 people. Compare that to 1 percent of ten thousand people buying a product from your website. What about a hundred thousand? Your sales really start adding up.

Even if you can't sell your product or service online, the extra publicity and easily accessible hub for information, phone numbers, and services is still invaluable.

Worth of a Logo
Imagine what some globally known companies (Nike, Apple, Coca Cola) would have been without their easily recognizable logos? It's those simple yet well-defined little designs (among other great business practices) that have given them global recognition and in doing so, propelled them to the forefront of their markets. You may not be the next Nike, but recognition is a valuable thing to which your customers will say "I remember them, I think I'll do business with them again."
Worth of Branding
Go to any chain restaurant and you will see they have a unique style. You see it in the menus, the decorations and even the way the staff dresses. This is branding. Whether it's menus, business cards or product packaging it all gives your business or product a sense of professionalism that customers will value enough to pay for.
