THE PROCESS
WHERE DO WE BEGIN?
- The First Meeting
- When working with a new client, we like to meet with them face-to-face and discuss the client's needs. This initial meeting is meant to establish an outline for the project and to agree on the expectations of both parties. Sometimes meeting in person isn't possible so a phone conference usually works great.
- Quote and Contract
- Once the outline is established, Aetas Design can give an estimate for the project and write up a contract so that all expectations are in writing. When both parties agree we can begin.
- Development
- This phase is usually the longest. We start by sketching or mocking up design to show to the client. When a direction is chosen the real work begins and we give updates to the client to keep them informed of the progress.
- Review
- Once the design has reached a certain point (usually nearly finished) we present the design to the client for feedback. This step may occur a few times throughout the process but there is always one final review.
- Revisions
- If there was anything during the review that needed adjustment they are corrected or changed and reviewed again.
- Completion
- When the client is happy with the final result the project is considered complete. Depending on the payment plan agreed upon the final invoice may be sent as well.
